What is Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS)?
BOPIS is a convenient option that allows you to shop online and pick up your purchases at our warehouse located at: 3355 W El Segundo Blvd, Ste B, Hawthorne, CA 90250. Here are some common questions and answers to help you understand how the process works.
When can I pick up my order?
- If you place an order of 5 or less before 11 am, it will be ready for pickup after 2 pm on the same business day.
- If you place an order of 5 or less before 2 pm, it will be ready for pickup after 9 am on the following business day.
- If you are a Concierge Customer, orders will be ready for pickup within 3 business days, provided the products are in stock. You will receive notification of your scheduled pickup time.
Orders placed with our BOPIS option will be held for pickup for up to 5days from your pickup notification. Please ensure you pick up your order within this timeframe.
What happens if I don't pick up my order within 5 days?
Orders not picked up within 5 days will be refunded and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Concierge orders will be refunded and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We recommend picking up your order as soon as it's ready to avoid this fee.
How will my order be packaged for pickup?
Orders will be packed in a paper shopping bag for your convenience during pickup. Concierge orders will be packed in bulk in our brown box shippers. We aim to make your experience as eco-friendly as possible and to ensure the safety and protection of your items during pickup.
Do I need to bring anything for pickup?
To collect your order, please bring one of the following:
- A valid government-issued photo ID.
- Your order confirmation email (digital or printed).
