Pairs with peppery salad greens, roasted beets, gorgonzola and feta cheese, and bacon.
Cara Cara Mia is what the olio industry likes to call a "co-mill", where we mill fresh, whole, organic Cara Cara Oranges with just-harvested Arbequina olives, to create a pure citrus-olive oil that reveals the complexity and nuance of each fruit.
