3 Ways We Grew Our Corporate Business Last Year

2019 marks year five of BOXFOX — it’s hard to believe we started sitting around a kitchen table in Venice, CA and now have two full-fledged divisions, B2C and B2B (aka BOXFOX Concierge!).

When we set out to be the go-to for gifting, we were open to the possibilities of what that meant. We knew that we’d always be grounded in our commitment to the best products from our favorite brands — new and old, a modern elevated aesthetic, premium packaging, and of course, high-touch service.

BOXFOX Concierge brings all of that together for our corporate clients, offering gifting that truly meets ROI and business objectives while also bringing the surprise-and-delight factor that makes receiving a BOXFOX such a memorable experience.

2018 was a huge growth year for BOXFOX Concierge. In the spirit of all things spring, we wanted to highlight three ways we grew last year!

  1. Launching the BOXFOX Concierge Platform

    We launched the BOXFOX Concierge platform as a way to streamline the ordering process for our corporate clients. We wanted to give them the same experience they had come to love on our B2C website, but tailored to their needs. From a product POV, what that meant was specially designed boxes for corporate occasions and milestones and hand-curated products on BUILD A BOXFOX that tailor to the needs of our corporate. In terms of service, we wanted to make it easy to view and reorder from previous gifting suites, see your address book, and request proposals right from within the platform.



    Since launch, we’ve onboard hundreds of new clients and are already concepting how we can make the platform work even harder for our clients! Stay tuned.

  2.  Worked With Dream Clients on Dream Projects

    We’ve been fortunate to work with clients across industries throughout our time in the corporate gifting world — from small businesses to Fortune 500’s and tech giants to startups. But there were a few dream clients that we hadn’t yet worked with up until last year. We were so fortunate to do some amazing work with them!



    One of these project was with Nike. We created beautiful, elevated retreat gifts that were health-food inspired, drawing from only Los Angeles brands (the location of the conference). From collagen protein bars to reishi latte mix, these were equal parts fun and functional.

  3. Scaling Our Team

All this growth can only mean one very exciting thing for us — growing our team! We’ve hired some rockstars within BOXFOX Concierge to allow us to serve more incredible corporate clients. It’s a tight-knit team that thrives on the fact that no two days are the same.
