ABOUT POSITION BOXFOX is seeking an E-commerce Coordinator to join our Online team. Their focus will be on day-to-day site operations, maintenance, betterment and the evolution of our online storefront. This role will be responsible for everything from general website management and maintenance to working with our third party developers to helping with our e-com shoots. They will work closely with Buying, Inventory, Marketing and Leadership to make BOXFOX the premiere gifting experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Website Operations and Development:
Manage operational functions for both B2C and B2B sites to ensure the day-to-day trade is operating at maximum profitability and efficiency.
Day-to-day storefront management, including, but not limited to, product uploads, copy updates, homepage flips, and troubleshooting any issues
While launches are a cross-departmental collaboration, its our expectation that this role drives this collaboration under per view of CEO (ie, launch doc, slack channel, calendar) leveraging input from Buying, Product Dev, Fulfillment and Inventory.
Ensure that the end-to-end customer journey is continuously optimized through content coordination, thoughtful merchandizing, functionality development, and Shopify/Google analytics.
Continue to evolve site and build out needed landing pages for marketing or product initiatives
Oversee content planning for the website
Manage evergreen content and landing pages (Brands & Authors, FAQs, Corporate, Press, Team, etc)
Identifying and executing upon opportunities for optimization of site search, product data, product sorting, filters, product recommendations, upsells/crossells and content strategies.
Fix and troubleshoot small bugs and collaborate with development on larger issues and initiatives
Merchandising, Product, and Inventory:
Oversee the onsite merchandise strategy to ensure online represents both BOXFOX and our customer needs, driving maximum sales performance and optimal brand representation
Manage all products, including setting up new product listings, product descriptions, technical features, pricing, and optimizing product detail pages for maximum conversion.
Systemize product description formatting, paying special mind to care instructions, allergens, and dimensions
Collaborate closely with Buying and Product Development (“Online”) to ensure merchandising assortment and categories are comprehensively planned
Marketing:
Collaborate closely with Marketing to enable Digital Marketing’s initiatives are pursued in a timely manner
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search results and traffic through blogs, back linking and other initiatives.
Kayla is welcome to contribute and support photoshoots but is not required to attend
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years e-commerce, customer service and/or fulfillment management experience, experience with Shopify is strongly preferred
Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams
A strong sense of aesthetic, the BOXFOX customer and product/market fit
An unending curiosity to learn about user flows, SEO and what makes sites better
PAY & PERKS:
Pay band for this role is $54k - $62k annually, paid hourly, commensurate of experience and capabilities

ABOUT POSITION Your chief responsibility is to service new leads & existing BOXFOX Concierge Pro customers through web portal customer service and order production, ensuring you are staying on top of day-to-day tasks, planning ahead, ultimately making sure the BOXFOX Concierge Pro fulfillment team is set up for success and maximizing efficiency. You’ll get to wear a lot of different hats: this role is equally divided into client support and servicing, admin / maintenance, sales / production process collaboration, reporting, and fulfillment set up. As a sales coordinator, you should showcase excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to identify and quickly solve problems. You will dually report to our Senior Sales Manager and Corporate Production Manager. This role is seasonal with an end date of 1/5/24.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Approving, onboarding, and offering customer service support to Concierge Pro customers
Monitor Concierge support email and troubleshoot any portal checkout issues
Support Concierge clients with light gifting proposals, inventory checks, and manual order submissions
Advise on ordering and shipping speed recommendations based on expected delivery dates
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including but not limited to: product substitutions, price changes, address verification, and rush order inquires
Understand the Concierge / B2B business model to upsell Enterprise service where appropriate
Upkeep and ensure accuracy for sales tax on all manual orders
Oversee the Concierge production calendar, working closely with Corporate Production Manager on overall fulfillment scheduling, product orders, and inventory management
Submit collateral orders to printer and review / organize upon delivery
Verify addresses & print shipping labels correlating with the order & shipping needs
Assign projects to Concierge fulfillment team, approve sample pack for team to follow to highest BOXFOX aesthetic and ship-ability
Create & share shipment tracking documents
Assist in fulfillment duties of Concierge orders such as packing & shipping
GENERAL

REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of professional work experience preferred; B.A. from 4-year university
Solid knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, Quickbooks, Shopify
Must have excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability
Ability to stand for 4+ hours a day as needed
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
Must be eligible to work in the US

Fulfillment assistant - seasonal

About position: The Fulfillment Assistant is a key member of our B2C and B2B teams. Responsibilities range from all aspects of what we call the “fundamentals” of BOXFOX fulfillment: packing gift boxes, shipping customer or client orders, and troubleshooting problems to resolution. Fulfillment Assistants are expected to adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards. This person is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. This role reports to the B2C Fulfillment Assistant Manager or B2B Corporate Production Manager.
Responsibilities :
Pack gift boxes in line with BOXFOX quality standards
Seal gift boxes with BOXFOX signature bow or box bands
Ship gift boxes in parcels for delivery with correct shipping labels & seasonal stickers
Support with prep work including but not limited to: cutting ribbon, filling boxes with crinkle paper, resetting packing tables, counting product prior to large orders, and finishing raw manufactured product, restocking inventory (raw & packaged)
Assist with packing ready-to-ship gift boxes
SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOLLOWING ON-SITE TRAINING
Select Fulfillment Assistants with exceptional penmanship will write handwrite custom notes to accompany B2C online orders
Select Fulfillment Assistants that display a high-level attention to detail will pick inventory for B2C online orders
Select Fulfillment Assistants that display a high-level understanding of BOXFOX quality standards and attention to detail will pick, pack, and ship BOXFOX Marketplace orders
General:
Ensure that a clean and organized work area is maintained
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics/integrity
Perform other related warehouse duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment
Display awareness of the daily general flow of the fulfillment process and where help is needed
Job requirements :
Must be fully inoculated against COVID-19 and show proof of vaccination before entering warehouse
Must have excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability
Ability to stand for extended periods of times (7-8 hrs)
Must be able to lift and/or move objects 10-30 lbs
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 40 lbs
Must be capable of working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read and speak English is highly preferred but not required
Great communication skills
Must have nice handwriting
