How to Place an International Order with Us 🌍

Did you know we ship our boxes worldwide!? We're so excited to offer this service to help you send gifts and orders to loved ones, clients, and colleagues around the world!

Whether you’re sending a thoughtful surprise overseas or fulfilling an international business order, we’ve made the process as easy and seamless as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about placing an international order with us.

Step 1: Select Your Products

Browse our CURATED BOX or BUILD A BOX collections and add your favorite items to your cart just like you normally would. If you’re unsure whether a specific product can ship internationally, our team is always happy to help confirm! Chat us in the bottom left screen or send us an email at hello@shopboxfox.com! 

Step 2: Contact Us! 

At checkout, simply screenshot or copy and paste the items in your cart that you want to send internationally! Then either chat us (bottom left corner) or email us at hello@shopboxfox.com with these details: 

• Screenshot of your cart with items, postcard and message 

• International Shipping Address

• Your Billing Address 

We will handle the rest from there and send you back a link to checkout at with the updated information! 

Step 5: Place Your Order & Track Your Shipment

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your package ships. International delivery times can vary depending on customs processing and local carriers, so we recommend allowing a little extra time for delivery.
