At BOXFOX, we believe gifting should be effortless—especially when you’ve got lots of love to give. Enter: multi-address checkout. It’s our not-so-secret weapon for making group gifting way easier (and way less chaotic).
Our founders have worked tirelessly to design (and refine!) a process that’s as smooth and straightforward as possible. And now, we’re breaking it all down for you—so you can gift smarter, not harder!
✨ How It Works ✨: A Quick Breakdown
1. Build Your Box(es): Start by curating the perfect gift for each recipient—just like you normally would. Or, you can choose from any of our pre-curated boxes, thoughtfully crafted for any occasion by our team.
2. Add to Cart: You can add multiple boxes to your cart, even if they’re all different. If looking to add the same gift, simply add it to your cart and input the quantity needed - this will adjust it accordingly without you having to re-build your box each time!
3. Assign Addresses: Select "BULK ADDRESS UPLOAD." A chart will then appear below your cart. This is where you can copy and paste all of your multi-addresses into once place! Once done, make sure you click "SAVE ADDRESSES." Now you are all set to click "BEGIN CHECKOUT!"
4. Review & Ship: If you have all different curations, you can begin to start assigning each address, by selecting "Select address". If you are sending all of the same box then this is where you can select "AUTO-SPLIT", this is going to split up all of your orders. Once they are all split up, you can start clicking the drop down option "Select address" and all of your saved addresses will be in there! You can also add in each recipients name here as well in the "to" section if you left that part empty. Once every box has an address, select "CHECKOUT" and you will be ready to choose your shipping options!
5. Final Checkout Page: Once you’ve selected your preferred shipping method and reached the final step of checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter a shipping address one last time. Don’t worry—this will just need to be your billing address. All of the shipping info from previous steps is already saved and will carry through exactly as entered. We pinky promise!
