We have so been enjoying our Friday happy hours this year. In the heart of spring, there’s really nothing better than sitting back with friends to enjoy a delicious, ice cold drink. Not to mention, getting to watch the sunset without freezing to death (thank you, May weather!) hasn’t been so bad either. Since Cinco de Mayo falls conveniently on a Friday this year, we’re going to make this week’s happy hour the best one yet. With this delicious sparkling grapefruit margarita recipe (and plenty of chips and guac), there’s no going wrong this Cinco. ¡Salud!
