This past Tuesday, our CSO and Co-Founder Sabena, participated in the 2018 Women Founders Network (WFN) Fast Pitch event and here's what happened. //
Sabena presented and compiled a presentation on the BOXFOX brand, the evolution of our business, and where our company is headed to a group of judges in order to compete for both professional services to allow BOXFOX to grow our business and a grand prize grant.
Sabena not only placed amongst the Top 10 finalists, she came in second place just behind Catherine Geanuracos of CityGrows earning BOXFOX a $10,000 grand prize in addition to an incredible network of professional services and resources to tap into.
This competition was so important to us, because as female founders, we're constantly seeking opportunities for us to tap into resources to continue to help us learn and grow more every single day. Our foxes could not have been prouder to be placed in second amongst the top 10 Finalists all of whom are women with innovative ideas trying to navigate the path of being a founder, which through experience, isn't always glamorous!
