Esalen: Esalen is a retreat center where you can take weekend workshop classes on all types of healing that allow you to positively reflect on your life. Esalen has cabin accommodations to stay if you are enrolled in a workshop! When I attended Esalen, I took a workshop on mindfulness meditation. Today, I still continue to use mindfulness as a way to calm my mind and center my soul!
