Below, we'll share answers to our top holiday corporate gifting questions and our preferred end of year timeline to make sure gratitude is the #1 attitude your team gives off.
The biggest reasons for an early start?
Our calendar fills up: Just like other gifting companies and retailers in general, the end of year and holidays are the Super Bowl of gifting. After Thanksgiving, we will go above and beyond to service our clients to the best of our ability, but our production calendar fills up every year.
More (affordable and beautiful!) customization: The farther ahead you book your holiday corporate gifting, the more time your sales representative has to help design meaningful, affordable, and custom details that not only surprise and delight your recipients, but work as an extension of your brand to bolster your brand affinity!
Avoid COVID inventory issues: Our Sales and Production team are top of the pops, their ability to adapt and pivot is one of the reason's BOXFOX is your go-to for gifting. But after this past year and a half, even some stuff is out of our control. Supply chain hiccups trickle all throughout the retail industry and if you know what you want, the sooner the better to secure it!
Check it off your list: Client service is our #1 priority. We are here to take something historically inefficient off your plate and knock it out of the park beyond your expectations. Get it into our hands sooner rather than later so you can get back to focusing on what you do best - your job!
Avoid shipping delays: We plan out our shipping calendar on a first come, first serve basis. The sooner you book, the more choice you have to select a ship out date.
Take advantage of economies of scale: The earlier you order, the more time and power we have to negotiate deals that we always pass along to our clients.
Our suggested timeline:
August:
- Introductory Call (30 minutes): Reach out to BOXFOX here. Your own personal Account Executive will then schedule an introductory call to get a rundown of your needs!
- Proposal (3-5 days): Your Account Executive will then put together a custom proposal with choices, visuals and pricing.
September:
- Final Details (1-2 days): After finalizing all the details, your Account Executive schedules your ship out date!
From final details being confirmed, we can ship out in as early as 3-4 weeks, or schedule for November/December! The sooner you schedule, the more power you have!
We then follow up with tracking numbers, with production keeping a close eye that everything arrives smoothly!
