Meet Vivian: the bright, beautiful, bubbly, bronzed goddess who also happens to head up our Corporate Fulfillment! Since coming to BOXFOX, Vivian has taken our Corporate fulfillment to the next level as a certified organizational Guru. In just a few short months since her arrival, she’s already made her mark on the warehouse, and we can’t to see what she’ll do next!

Tell us about yourself, who is VIVIAN?
I was born and raised in Los Angeles—originally from Whittier, CA and moved to the Westside after I graduated from UCSD. I am full Armenian and if you can’t tell by my lack of understanding commonly used proverbs and idioms, English was my second language. I have a weird obsession with airplanes and travel (but not in the basic girl kinda way) but I have a C-141 tattooed on my wrist and get all of my travel goals from my dad, who was a Major in the Air Force.
What is your background and what brought you to BOXFOX?
I have always been “around” since BOXFOX began. Whether I was just a girl supporting her freshman year high school friend from P.E. class, or actually breaking down boxes at Chelsea’s apartment while Chels, Sabs and Jen would have business meetings on the kitchen table.
My background is in events and production, and I was an E.A. for a global exhibit and events company before transitioning into a production assistant and then producer. After this, I worked remotely as a production manager for a fashion brand while I was lurking around BOXFOX, waiting for the right moment to run with the foxes!
Describe your role, what does a typical work day look like for you?
As Corporate Production Manager, I oversee and fulfill all corporate orders from start to finish. I’m always trying to create order and efficiency in everything that I do and love to clean and organize. A typical day at BOXFOX for me will usually start with our stand-up meetings in the mornings, I then figure out the priorities of all of our corporate orders, and map out my team’s plan for the day and all upcoming items. I work with my right-hand gal, Nyla to make sure all corporate orders are fulfilled and packed in perfect condition.
What is your favorite part about working for BOXFOX thus far?
I love everything about working at BOXFOX (and I’m not just saying that because I am childhood friends with the CEO!) What the girls have created here is truly something special. From the positive and encouraging attitudes to watching girl bosses kill it every day, it’s all SO inspiring. The fashion everyone brings to the table keeps me on my toes, our salad swaps, the open communication between management and team members, Jen’s recycling system that makes me feel like a better person, the fact that I get to work with some of my closest friends every single day, I can go on and on…
When you’re not in the warehouse, how do you like to spend your time?
There is nothing I love more than hanging out with my friends, whether that means sitting on the couch and catching up or going out, I’m lucky to be surrounded by some of the most amazing friends and family. If I am not with friends or shopping, you’ll find me stuck in front of the TV. I’m a reality junkie from the Kardashians to the Real Housewife franchise, and I definitely have a dark side where I love to binge Handmaid’s Tale and Sharp Objects. It’s fun to be consumed by a show and the actors/reality stars in it.
