What is HOLD FOR HOLIDAY?
HOLD FOR HOLIDAY is a button you can select in your cart. When you select this, we hold your gifts to ship to arrive between 12/12-12/23, with guaranteed delivery by Christmas and with a “Don't Open Until The Holidays” sticker on the outside of each shipping box.
How do I mark something as HOLD FOR HOLIDAY?
On the first page of checkout, right after the cart page, each gift in your cart will have the ability to be marked as a HOLD.
But I got a shipping confirmation, I thought it was going to ship later?
If you select HOLD for HOLIDAY, you might get a tracking number earlier (way earlier!) than your BOXFOX actually ships. Don't worry, it's still being held and you won't see movement on the tracking number until it does ship out.
