If you select HOLD for HOLIDAY, you might get a tracking number earlier (way earlier!) than your BOXFOX actually ships. Don't worry, it's still being held and you won't see movement on the tracking number until it does ship out

Glad you asked! Our Standard Shipping cutoff for guaranteed delivery by Christmas is Thursday December 12th by 5p PST.

Our expedited shipping cutoffs are as follows:

  • Order by Wednesday 12/18 at 12p PST with UPS 3 Day for guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
  • Order by Thursday 12/19 at 12p PST with UPS 2 Day for guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
  • Order by Friday 12/20 at 12p PST with UPS 1 Day for guaranteed delivery by Christmas.

Every single gift ordered after November 1st has a "to/from" gift tag tied into the bow, so you can stay organized! Just be sure to fill out the To/From section at checkout!
