It feels like just yesterday was 2019 and now it's almost 2023. How did that happen?! We'll credit a global pandemic, but thankfully, this year felt a little more "normal." As this year comes to a close, so does our 9th holiday season! We want to thank you for using BOXFOX – we are so thankful for a busy and successful holiday season. We're happy you're here, and we hope your families and friends are loving the gifts you curated just for them.
In today's world, an online retailer like BOXFOX is often expected to be online, ready-to-ship, around the clock. While we pride ourselves on our customer service and eagerness to service our community of customers, we also work really hard to maintain a workplace that works for real lives. That means giving back to our employees – both in the main office and in our warehouse.
Every year we practice a paid "week of rest." This means we temporarily close our warehouse from Christmas Eve through Sunday, January 1st. BOXFOX was founded with the hopes to help you maintain your most important personal and professional relationships. It's important we practice what we preach and encourage our team to spend time with the people that matter most to them.
All orders placed after 5p PST on 12/20 will start shipping when we return to HQ on 1/2/23 with our standard 3-8 day delivery window. All customer service inquiries received after 4:30p PST on 12/22 will be answered on 1/2/23.
