Guatemala Huehuetenango
The coffee our roasting team has selected this season is very clean and sweet. It offers a bright and well-structured cup and exhibits the pleasant characteristics of the Huehuetenango growing region.
The coffee is complex with a silky smooth mouthfeel and flavor that includes notes of tangerine, apple, cherry and a touch of pleasant cacao nib bitterness.
It has amazing clarity and exceptional body, which is a hallmark of the high altitude terroir in Huehuetenango.
This coffee is best served as drip and pour-over to highlight the body / mouthfeel and sweetness, and lighter overall roast profile.
