Our cheese coins are handmade using some of our favorite cheeses. These tangy coins complement wine and cocktails, as well as to create interesting canapés and hors d' oeuvres. We have chosen to use traditional cheddar as the main ingredient for these coins. It has a delicate, mild buttery flavor with subtle hints of fruit in each bite, with a spicy finish that consists of chili flakes and cayenne pepper.
