Tasting Notes: Nutty garlic aromas open boldly, while the flavor unfolds more gently with warm, toasty depth. As the oil lingers, a late peppery pungency emerges, a “wait for it” finish that builds slowly and adds dimension. Complex and savory, it’s richer than it first appears.
